By signing up to the bulkplaintshirt.com referral program, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Anyone with a valid mobile number and UPI ID can join. No age, business type, or location restriction.

2. How you earn

You earn ₹1 per t-shirt (Promoter tier) or ₹2 per t-shirt (Star Promoter tier) for every new buyer who places an order via your referral link, on every repeat order they place — for as long as the program runs.

Important: The current rate is what applies to orders placed at any given time. Rates may change. Future orders use the rate effective at order placement time. Earnings already paid out are never clawed back.

Boost multipliers (e.g. 2× Diwali Boost) are temporary marketing events. They are not guaranteed to continue or repeat.

Star Promoter status is unlocked at 500+ unique buyers and 5,000+ t-shirts sold. Status may be revoked for fraud, abuse, prolonged inactivity, or program restructuring.

3. Attribution (first-touch lock)

Once a buyer clicks your referral link and places their first order, they are permanently locked to your account. Even if they later click another partner's link, you keep earning on all their future orders.

4. Payouts

• We pay every Sunday.
• Minimum payout balance is ₹100. If your balance is below ₹100, it rolls over to the next week.
• Paid via UPI to the UPI ID on file in your Settings.
• Bank transfer is available as an alternate if you've added bank details.
• Maximum payout per Promoter per calendar month is ₹50,000. Earnings above this cap roll over to the next month.

5. Refunds & cancellations

All sales are final from your side. You keep your commission even if the buyer later returns or cancels the order. We don't claw back.

6. Fraud & misuse

The following will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all pending payouts:

• Fake clicks (VPNs, bots, multiple devices to inflate visits)
• Self-buying using fake names, phones, or emails to earn commission
• Sharing your link with promotion that violates our brand
• Any other misuse we deem fraudulent

7. Account control

You can leave the program anytime by deleting your account. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms — pending payouts may be forfeited.

8. Taxes

Earnings paid to you are your income. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.

9. Privacy

Buyer email and phone are shown to you in masked form (e.g., ab***@gmail.com, 98XXXX1234) for verification only. You may not contact buyers using this information.

10. Changes to program

We can change these terms — rates, tiers, payout schedule, payout caps, eligibility, boost multipliers — at any time without prior notice. We may also pause, restructure, or end the program. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Earnings already paid to you are never recovered. Earnings accrued before a change are honored at the rate they were earned. Future orders use the rate effective at order placement time.

11. Acceptance

By signing up and using the referral dashboard, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
